TRAVEL4PICKLE provides pickleball travel experiences, coaching holidays, retreats and related services.

We aim to ensure that information published on our website is accurate and up to date.

Trip descriptions, schedules, accommodation, coaches, activities, venues and other details may change from time to time.

Images used on the website are intended to provide an indication of destinations and experiences and should not necessarily be regarded as a contractual representation of the exact facilities or activities included.

Enquiries and registration of interest

Registering your interest in a trip does not constitute a confirmed booking.

A booking is only confirmed once any required booking process has been completed, payment requirements have been satisfied and confirmation has been issued by the organisation responsible for the booking.

Trip inclusions

The services included vary between trips.

Depending on the individual package, a trip may include items such as:

• Court fees
• Match play
• Local player mix-in sessions
• Tournament-style events
• Accommodation
• Meals
• Group dinners
• Transfers
• Organised excursions
• Personal video analysis
• Merchandise or goodie bags

Only the inclusions specifically confirmed for your chosen trip form part of your booking.

Services not included

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price of a trip does not include services that are not specifically listed as included.

Flights may not be included in certain TRAVEL4PICKLE packages.

Travellers are responsible for checking the inclusions for the individual trip before booking.

Prices

Prices shown on our website are based on the information available at the time of publication.

Prices may be quoted per person and may depend on room occupancy, accommodation type, duration or other booking options.

Any applicable supplements, upgrades or additional costs will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Payments

Payment arrangements will be explained as part of the booking process.

Where payment is made directly to a third-party travel provider, hotel, retreat organiser or other supplier, that supplier's payment and booking conditions may also apply.

Cancellations by the traveller

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the trip and the suppliers involved.

Before confirming a booking, travellers will be informed of the applicable deposit, payment schedule and cancellation conditions.

Where non-refundable costs have already been incurred on behalf of the traveller, those amounts may not be recoverable, subject to applicable law.

Changes or cancellation by TRAVEL4PICKLE

Occasionally it may be necessary to alter an itinerary, coach, venue, activity, accommodation, timing or other aspect of a trip.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes where necessary for operational, safety or circumstances outside our control.

If a significant change or cancellation occurs, customers will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible and the options available will be explained in accordance with the booking terms and applicable law.

Minimum numbers

Certain trips may require a minimum number of participants.

Where a trip is dependent on minimum numbers, this will be communicated as part of the booking information.

Fitness and participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to take part in the activities they choose to participate in.

Pickleball and other sporting activities involve an inherent risk of injury.

Participants should inform TRAVEL4PICKLE of any relevant requirements that may affect their participation where it is appropriate and necessary for us to know.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary:

• Passports
• Visas
• Travel authorisations
• Insurance
• Health documents
• Other documents required for travel

Passport, visa and entry requirements can change, and travellers should verify current requirements before departure.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance appropriate to the trip they are taking.

Insurance should normally provide suitable protection for matters including cancellation, medical treatment, sporting activities, personal belongings and travel disruption.

Flights and independent travel arrangements

Where flights or other travel arrangements are not included in the package, travellers make those arrangements independently and at their own risk.

TRAVEL4PICKLE is not responsible for costs arising from changes, delays or cancellations to independently arranged transport except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other travellers, coaches, venues, accommodation providers and members of the public.

TRAVEL4PICKLE reserves the right to take appropriate action where a participant's behaviour materially affects the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other participants.

Suppliers and third parties

Some services may be provided by independent third parties such as hotels, transport companies, pickleball clubs or travel partners.

Their own terms and conditions may apply to the services they provide.

The extent of TRAVEL4PICKLE's responsibility for those services will depend on the nature of the booking and applicable consumer and travel law.

Photography and video

Photographs and video may be taken during TRAVEL4PICKLE experiences.

Participants should be given an appropriate opportunity to tell TRAVEL4PICKLE if they do not wish their image to be used for promotional purposes.

Complaints

If you experience a problem during a trip, please raise it as soon as reasonably possible so that there is an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Website intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, text and original materials on the TRAVEL4PICKLE website belong to TRAVEL4PICKLE or are used with permission.

They may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, TRAVEL4PICKLE will not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or losses arising from services arranged independently by the traveller.

Events outside our control

TRAVEL4PICKLE will not be responsible for failure to perform obligations where this results from events that could not reasonably have been avoided, including severe weather, natural disasters, industrial action, transport disruption, government action, public-health emergencies or similar circumstances.

Any statutory rights available to travellers remain unaffected.
